Staff provided a warm welcome and the breakfast selection was delightful. However, the lack of an elevator made our stay cumbersome on the upper floors.

Spacious double room with modern en-suite. A quick three-minute walk from the square, offering easy access to the main attractions.
The family bedroom is accessed via steep spiral stairs with a dangerous ladder for young kids. The cleaning was subpar, with linen on the stairs, and the breakfast felt lacking with basic options. Additionally, the TV didn't match the listings, and the bathroom facilities had some maintenance issues like a loose sink tap.

Why I’m torn on this
The location is fantastic, just a few minutes’ walk from the main square. Breakfast offered plenty of delicious options, and the staff were quite friendly and helpful during my stay.
There were significant noise issues from nearby venues that disrupted my sleep. The absence of an elevator made carrying luggage challenging, even on the upper floors.

the breakfast here was woudl ve been delightful, but I found hard, overcooked eggs with shells in them—how charming! also, the constant noise from other guests was just wonderful for my beauty sleep. and to top it off, I expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but what did I get? absolutely nothing.

We stayed with 20 family members and loved how close the hotel was to attractions like the Belfry, just a 5-minute walk away! The staff were super friendly, offering a great breakfast that had fresh eggs and plenty of other options—worth it for sure!
In my wife’s opinion, the staircases were tough with kids.

Our room was spacious and spotless—very comfy beds! The decor felt beautifully vintage and added to the charm of the place. The bathroom had a huge shower, which was awesome. Getting to the room involved some steep stairs, so that could be a bit tricky with heavy luggage. Breakfast was such a treat, especially the eggs cooked just how we liked them! Definitely a great homey vibe here!

We had a wonderful time here! The breakfast spread was delightful with freshly cooked eggs, and we loved the charming boutique feel of our cozy room! The only downside was that the air conditioner didn't seem to work, making it a bit warm for our liking. I would absolutely return again!

It was just a great fit for a short break in Bruges with good value. The breakfast had a fantastic selection of fresh fruits and various breads that made my mornings delightful. Consider taking a ground floor room if you want to avoid stairs.
